A popular article by Chris J; “Florida Has the Most Profitable Vacation Rental Markets In US” in 2019 illustrated that Florida was already ranked as one of the top states for lucrative house flipping. A more recent report reveals the Sunshine State has the most profitable vacation rental markets in the U.S.
This endorsed and underpinned our decision to acquire vacation rental property in the state, and a total of 19 Florida cities made it onto Rent.com’s Report: “The 150 Best Places to Buy a Vacation Rental Property In 2019.”
The Report also shows that Florida’s markets annihilate the competition, including California. Two cities made the top five, and 10 the top 25.
